What does Curbside Legal do?

We are a California legal document preparation service. We prepare court-ready paperwork — petitions, motions, declarations, filing packets, demand letters, deeds, trusts, and more — at a fraction of attorney cost.

Are you a law firm? Are you attorneys?

No. Curbside Legal is a legal document preparation service, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice or represent you in court. We prepare your documents accurately and in proper court-ready order. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

What areas do you handle?

Unlawful detainer (eviction), family law and divorce, restraining orders, small claims, civil litigation, consumer protection, wills and living trusts, probate, guardianship, bankruptcy, demand letters, business formation (LLC), real estate deeds, and tax preparation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the service — for example, uncontested divorce from $995, full eviction package from $1,100, small claims filing from $550, living trust from $1,250. We also offer downloadable DIY packets from $95. See our Services & Pricing page for the full menu.

How do I get started?

Pick your service, complete the short intake form for that area, send any documents, and check out. Once we have everything, we begin preparing your paperwork. You can also call or text 213-200-6066.

How long does it take?

Most documents are prepared within a few business days depending on complexity. Need it faster? Rush service (48-hour turnaround) is available for +25%.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — payment plans are available on packages of $750 and above.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, securely through our checkout.

Do your prices include court filing fees?

No. Our prices are for document preparation only. Court filing fees, recording fees, and process-server fees are paid separately to the court or vendor.

¿Hablan español?

Where are you located and who do you serve?

We serve clients throughout California and work remotely, so you can get started from anywhere in the state.

Can you file the documents for me?

We prepare complete, court-ready filing packets with clear filing instructions, and we can coordinate a process server. Actual filing follows your court’s rules.
